Fashion handbags: Style vs Comfort - Samia Adnan

Many of us do not consider that fashion handbags are not only for
carrying useful items like wallets, car keys, cosmetics items, and
other useful things that they need to carry with them when they go out
but handbags are also a fashion accessory which can also offer comfort
along with style.

Many ladies go out and buy a fashion handbag of a famous brand like
GUCCI, D & G and PRADA for the purpose of showing off but they hardly
think if the fashion handbag is going with their personality or not.
We should always match our fashion handbags with our body proportion,
i.e. shape and size and avoid buying a handbag with is too large or
too small for us. Small sized handbags go well with slim ladies with
small built, as they hold close to the body while large handbags that
are a lot common these days are perfect for ladies with large body. If
you are slim then try never to buy a large size handbag as you will
seem to be covered behind it as if you are hiding yourself out of
shyness, which won’t give a nice impression. If you are tall and thin
then choose a medium size handbag, especially a shoulder handbag which
come under your arms and against your waist

If you do not want to spend too much on expensive fashion handbags
then buy the one which will go with most of your attire, for example a
multicoloured handbag with match with whatever dress you wear at a
party. If you need to look sober then go for a white, grey, black or
brown handbag and carry them according to the colour of your shoes.

When selecting a handbag, choose the one that suits your life style.
Some fashion handbags come with so many inner and outer pockets which
make it easy for organizing thing like you can place your wallet or
money in the inner pockets while your car key, entry passes, mirror
and coins in the small pockets at the side or back of the handbag. It
will be more easy to find thing when they are required as compared to
the bags that do not have any pocket neither inside or outside but
just one large compartment to house everything which is not
comfortable for many who do not want to waste time searching for stuff
like lipsticks, keys, pen or a visiting card. But these bags are
perfect for those who have to place a few things and want to carry
them at one place instead of searching for them in different pockets.
So choose the design of the fashion handbag which is comfortable for
your lifestyle. If you are a student then go for spacious fashion
handbags in which you can stuff in all your books, papers, stationary
items and folders. Teenagers are mostly going for small and funky
fashion handbags that a professional lady will think thrice before
buy. While ladies with small babies prefer comfort to style, thus they
carry huge handbags containing toys, rattles, diapers, children
garments, bottles, milk, baby powder, lotion and all other things that
they need to carry when they are going out with their kids.

Lets Voice Against Indecent TV Commercials

Now a days various TV Commercials have crossed the boundaries of decency and morality. It has become hard for a family to watch tv together. Even during news or while just changing the channels we come across ads of ladies' personal products. I wonder whats wrong with the media and our society that no one is caring to voice against these ads. These ads are so embarrassing. I wonder how the parents and families of these young girls allow them to appear and dance around in such ads.
The society has become so shameless that they do not consider these ads as indecent. Not just the ads of always, veet, olivia but now even the ads of cellular service providers, mobile phones and variosu tea brands are getting so obscene. They are showing that flirting and dancing around is the only thing left for Pakistani ladies. Wake up!
This is a country that our forefathers sacrificed and fought for - just to follow their lives on the principles of Islam, which teaches morality, respect for women and haya (modesty).

The recent ads of Samsung, Q Mobile and other mobile phones is depicting the mobile phones as a mean of flirting and talking to the opposite gender. Tarang tea ad too had added more to indecency. Where are the values? Is this the way to market the products. The TV channels are not realizing their responsibility - they should safeguard our culture and promote our values instead of promoting vulgarity in the name of commercials.

Pakistani nation should raise their voice to make these companies find a decent way of marketing their products. If these companies do not change their marketing starategy then I guess we better boycott their products to teach them a lesson!

Are you Planning to Change your Cellular Network? by Samia Adnan

Are you Planning to Change your Cellular Network?
  http://www.geotauaisay.com

Getting a SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) Card is not that difficult these days and with the help of MNP (Mobile Number Portability) you can always change your mobile service provider whenever you feel like.

If you are going to buy a new SIM card or thinking about porting your mobile number on another network then there are many things that you must consider before making a choice.

Going for MNP: When porting your mobile number to another cellular network then do not forget that it takes four days to get your MNP request activated and you will have to stay on that network for at least about 2 months before switching over to another network, otherwise your MNP request will be rejected.  So its better to choose a good network once instead of switching over and over again to test every one of them.

Are the Network Signals Available? The most important thing to consider when choosing a cellular network is to check the seamless connectivity of your desired cellular network. We should make sure that the signals are available in the area where we live and work. You can check the availability of network signals, by using the Mobile’s Network Selection option where after changing it to Manual, go to Phone Settings Menu to check if your required network is available. I did not know or thought about that before I ported by network and had to undergo signal dropping and problems of not being able to call or send a text message due to no signals or just two or one signal bars.

Get the Network that Your Family & Friends Use: If you are a budget conscious person and wants to save as much money or balance then choose the cellular provider mostly used by your family members, friends and relatives, so that you can make best out of the packages like FNF and discounted or free on-net call.

Recharging Balance/Bill Payment: See if you can easily recharge your mobile balance or pay the bill (in case of post-paid connection) easily from the area where you like. So that you do not have to go to a long distance place to get the balance recharged or pay the bills.

Manage your Account Online: There are amny service providers that offer online service so that you can manage your account via online, so that you can keep the record of your  calls, SMS, contacts etc., so that you can access it when you want.

Know Their Packages & Rates: Check if their on-net call, SMS, GPRS/Internetl rates are suitable to your requirements. If you use internet on your mobile then go for the network that offers fast internet at a low rate. You can compare rates of Ufone with Zong, Telenor, Warid and Mobilink before choosing their network.  If you like to use Night Packages then choose the service provider that offers the best Night package according to you need.

Customer Service: Do not forget to check the QOS –Quality of Service of your desired celular network before you opt for it. For this you can check the PTA website or ask people are on that network to know how that service provider treats their customers and how long it takes to get an issue resolved. You can even read people’s views regarding cellular providers on the internet.

Mobile phones Can Increase Stress Levels

Almost everyone is having a mobile phone these days with everyone having different types of ringtones, message alerts tones, alarms and reminders sounds noising every now and then that it sometimes really get disturbing.

Regardless of time and space people are least bothered to change their mobile phone's ringtones or notification sounds. They do not even care to at least keep their mobile phone on silent or vibration when they go to mosques, hospitals or their workplaces. A person who is concentrating on an important work is bound to get disturbed on hearing a loud tones coming from a mobile phone of the person standing nearby.

Lack of Decency: The people seems to be devoid of any mobile phone etiquettes now a days. They tend to look cool rather then trying to act responsible and decent enough to change the ringtones according to the place they are in. It seems rather absurd to hear a popular song when one is attending funerals where mourning is being observed. Gone are the days when youngsters used to keep their mobile phones on vibration when they were in the company of elders - simply out of respect and reverence. Now a days we hardly see any one using a simple beep sound. All we hear is loud music accompanying most absurd lyrics that one can even imagine.

Irritating Ring back tones: Ring-back tones - which one hears when you dial the other persons’ mobile number are also getting popular. Cellular companies are introducing different types of ring back tones day in and day out to promote their brand and gain a lot of subscribers to fill in their revenues. It ok to listen to a nice song while waiting for someone to attend the call but it really gets confusing at times when we happen to hear a dialogue of a movie and take it as if someone has attended the call.

What About Mobile Games? Not just ringtones, ring-back tones, alarms and SMS alerts sounds disturbing - mobile games too have added to the noise, as many people play mobile games at public places with full volume just to pass their time forgetting that they might be depriving someone from the blessing known as peace of mind.

Mobile tones Can Increase Stress Levels: Most of the loud noise especially ringtones can increase stress levels. Since almost everyone is carrying around at least one mobile phone with them, and since a lot of people have got ringtones nowadays. Sometimes, one really wishes to to a no mobile phone area to relax one's mind by treating it with the tranquility of silent or powered-off mobile phones.
